+**Scope: LAB only.** Never use these steps on GOLDEN.

+## Source (measured 2026-09-13)

+Google’s public factory listing for sunfish is pruned. The former CDN URL now
+returns **HTTP 404**:

+## Before flashing
+
+1. Confirm the USB phone is **LAB** (serial/label) — not GOLDEN.
+2. Backup anything you care about on LAB (full wipe).
+3. Unlock bootloader only if required and already accepted for LAB.
+4. Verify zip SHA-256 before `flash-all`.
