009: Polish bacon fixes, OTA host scripts, and migration docs.

Restore disable_configstore, EuiccDisabler and thermal CDEV guards, branding
and rebuild/sync helpers; document device roles, laptop migration, and Gitea.

+(`upstream_a13`), bootanimation + `overlay/` tree. Applied at build time by
+`apply_009_axp_branding.py` into `vendor/lineage/bootanimation` and
+`vendor/lineage/overlay/`.

+**Resurrection** copy: setup welcome string → “Welcome to AXP Resurrection”.
+Boot animation frames and wallpapers stay AXP artwork (no baked “LineageOS” in
+those assets). About / version strings use `AXP-Resurection-Pro` from identity.

+Do not commit secrets. Regenerate frames:

+`scripts/build-bootanimation-from-gifs.sh` → `bootanimation.tar` (1080×2340,
+`AXP_BOOTANIMATION_FULLSCREEN` in `branding.mk`). Sequence: loading once,
+loaded once, hold last frame until boot finishes.
