Preference: **Internet connectivity check**
(`connectivity_check_settings`) — sets global
`captive_portal_{http,https,fallback,other_fallback}_url` and
`captive_portal_mode`.

Note: value `3` constants are named `DIVESTOS_*` in smali but point at
`captiveportal.axpos.org` and are labeled **AXP.OS (DE)** in the UI.

## Clone target for LOS 23.2 (sans axp.os)

**Drop** value 3 / AXP.OS / `*.axpos.org` entirely (spec: no axp.os endpoints).
