# Quickstart: 002-axp-reference-capture

## Prerequisites

- `001` done (`rom-dev01`, `android-build`, `/srv/rom`)
- Laptop: `adb` / `fastboot`
- Both phones labeled (or serials ready)

## Path

1. Confirm no device attached confusion: `adb devices -l`
2. Capture GOLDEN then LAB (or vice versa) — never flash GOLDEN
3. Store raw under `/srv/rom/references/axp/golden/` (rsync from laptop pulls)
4. Update redacted `docs/002-golden-inventory.md` + banking flow
5. Verify LAB rescue zip + hash on host before any `003` flash

- [ ] GOLDEN marked do-not-flash in docs
- [ ] LAB factory rescue doc + image hash present
- [ ] Essential inventory + banking flow (gaps = re-query, not invented)
