# Contracts: N/A for 001

Feature `001-development-environment` is host/Git/service bootstrap.

It does **not** expose a project-owned HTTP API, CLI contract for external
consumers, or IPC schema that needs `contracts/` files.

Service access is operational (SSH tunnel to Gitea/Semaphore UIs) and is
documented in `plan.md` / `quickstart.md` instead.
