pulled 2026-09-18.

Preference: Internet connectivity check
(connectivity_check_settings) — sets global
captive_portal_{http,https,fallback,other_fallback}_url and
captive_portal_mode.

Note: value 3 constants are named DIVESTOS_* in smali but point at
captiveportal.axpos.org and are labeled AXP.OS (DE) in the UI.
Clone target for LOS 23.2 (sans axp.os)
Drop value 3 / AXP.OS / *.axpos.org entirely (spec: no axp.os endpoints).
