# Device roles — two Pixel 4a (sunfish)

Project assumption: **two physical sunfish devices**.
|
|
|
|

- EXTENDROM and related refs under `/srv/rom/references/`
|
|
- Product trees / dumps already mirrored on the host
|
|
|

Do **not** assume `adb` on GOLDEN shows AXP packages or cmdline.
|
|
|
|

## Implications
|
|
|

- Prefer **GOLDEN** for invasive `adb` / log spam captures and polish
|
|
verification.
|

- Prefer **LAB** untouched for day-to-day; no factory reset without owner.
|
|
- Never invent AXP policy from the current GOLDEN image — use a16 references.
|
|
