- [x] User scenarios cover primary flows
- [x] Feature meets measurable outcomes defined in Success Criteria
- [x] No implementation details leak into specification
## Notes
- Oracle path and package names appear as acceptance identifiers (required for
LAB/GOLDEN verification); patch file paths belong in `/speckit-plan`, not here.
- Checklist validated 2026-09-15 after initial draft — ready for `/speckit-plan`.
- Spec updated same day with **First working stack** (US6, FR-010/011, SC-007/008):
folds `004` packaging leftovers + BeaconDB location into this phase; keeps
`006`/`007` out. Re-validated for plan. Plan artifacts generated 2026-09-15.
